Shipping Policy

At DEV & SONS CREATIONS, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. Every order is carefully packed with attention to detail to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

1. Order Processing

* All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days from the date of order placement.
* Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
* Tracking information will remain active until your parcel is successfully delivered.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer convenient shipping options across India:

* FREE Shipping on all Prepaid Orders
* FREE Shipping on all Partial COD Orders

Partial COD Advance Confirmation Fee

For Partial COD orders, an advance confirmation amount is required:

* ₹350 for Saree Orders
* ₹2000 for Lehenga Orders

This advance amount helps cover:

* Order verification
* Packaging & handling
* Courier booking & logistics expenses

The remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

* Within Surat: 1 working day
* Within Gujarat & Nearby States: 2–4 working days
* Rest of India: 4–7 working days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Partial COD Order Policy

For Partial COD orders:

* Once the order has been confirmed and dispatched, the advance amount paid (₹350 for Sarees / ₹2000 for Lehengas) is strictly non-refundable.
* This is because order processing, quality checks, packaging, and shipping arrangements have already been completed.

If a customer refuses to accept the parcel after dispatch, the advance payment will not be refunded.

We kindly request customers to place Partial COD orders only if they are sure about accepting delivery.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including correct phone number and PIN code.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided:

* Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.
* DEV & SONS CREATIONS will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address details.
* Any additional shipping or re-delivery charges arising from incorrect address information will be borne by the customer.

Please double-check your address details before placing an order.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts to successfully deliver your parcel.

If:

* The customer is unavailable, OR
* Delivery is refused after repeated attempts

The parcel may be returned back to us.

If re-delivery is requested, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

We keep you informed throughout the delivery process.

You will receive updates when your order is:

✔ Order Confirmed
✔ Order Dispatched
✔ Out for Delivery
✔ Successfully Delivered

Customers can also track their order anytime through the Track Order section on our website.
